' Early consideration will be given by the Town Planning Commission to a suggestion that one of its first duties should be to make an aerial survey of Melbourne. 'This would enable members of the commission to view the layout of the city from an aeroplane, and given them a fund of ideas for the direction of future development. Now that rooms for the conduct of the work have been obtained in Tattersall’s Buildings the work allotted by Parliament will be commenced at once.'
